Emily Goodman, CPM, ARM, of Greensboro, NC, will serve as the 2015 and 2016 Regional Vice President for Region 13. During her term, she will have oversight for the activities of IREM chapters in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Goodman is a Regional Property Manager with CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. (CRHMI), Greensboro. She joined the firm in 2009, and has over a decade of proven progressive residential and commercial expertise. Her administrative skills focus on budget preparation and enforcement, project proposals, vendor contracts, timely collections, cost control, and generating financial reports. She oversees preventive, general and emergency maintenance operations and ensures safety and building code compliance, adhering to the highest corporate standards.
Goodman has been published several times in national and international trade publications. She has been included among the “Top 30 Leaders Under 30” by IREM’s Journal of Property Management (JPM), named “ CPM of the Year,” by IREM’s North Carolina Piedmont Chapter No. 56, and was the recipient in 2013 of IREM’s Professional Achievement Award.
She earned IREM’s ARM Accreditation in 2006 and the CPM designation in 2008. Other professional credentials include the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Licensed Real Estate Broker-in-Charge.
Goodman has served on IREM’s National Executive Committee, as chair of the IREM Membership Committee, and was president of IREM’s Chapter No. 56 for two terms. As well, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of North Carolina.
