On time collection
Harvey Goodman Realtor is focused on collecting your rents efficiently and on time. We have developed systems in place that ensure any potential issues are identified well in advance.
Processing
We process rents on a monthly basis.
Late Rent Calls
We have an early warning system in place that deals with non-payment of rent. On the 6th, 8th and 14th day of every month we contact any tenant whose rent has not yet been received that month. We usually find that the tenant has either forgotten or that the payment has been made but not yet received. These calls help us identify when collection may be a problem and we then closely monitor the situation.
